CAN I USE THE UNIVERSE2GO STAR GLASSES WITH SEVERAL SMARTPHONES?
Yes, your licence code can be activated up to 5 times. Use the code on different telephones for the whole family, or keep it for new installations. Don’t worry. When the codes have been used: you can request a new code, free of charge, from our customer service department, at least once.
IN case of technical problems please specify the smartphone and the version of the operating system (e.g. iOS 5, Android 4.4) you use.
